A financial services firm in the pension industry requires suitably qualified person to fill the position below.

 

You will be expected to handle all personnel affairs of the company. Conducting the regular appraisal process for all staff. Handling staff recruitment exercise. Planning of career path for every staff of the company and coordinating of career path for every staff of the company and coordinating job and promotional Interviews. Handling staff salaries wages and other benefits in conjunction with financial control.

 

Position:     Head, Human Capital and Administration

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • A first degree in Social sciences or Arts from a reputable University.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Knowledge of PC Application tools.
  • Good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Clear appreciation of people management in attaining firm’s goals
  • Understanding of Human Resource tools and their interrelationships
  • Ensuring the success of the HR functions
  • Sharpening interpersonal and people on management Skills.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum of three years qualitative human capital management experience in a financial services firm.

 

Remuneration: Competitive and Attractive but based on Qualification and relevant experience.
