Position: General Manager, Operations -ES120 (Lagos)
Responsibilities
- This individual will function as the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and coordinate all the technical operations of the firm and its subsidiaries. These activities range from estate surveying, valuation, project development, advisory services and management.
Requirements
- The requirement is for a first degree in Engineering, Management or the Social Sciences and an MBA from reputable universities.
- The suitable candidate must have acquired a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience and possess excellent communication skills, executive presence and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary work teams.
Position: Head, Human Resource Management -ES 121(Lagos)
Responsibilities
- This position will implement the firm’s talent management initiatives and policies that would avail the firm the strategic benefits of a highly motivated and resourceful work force.
Requirements
- The suitable candidate will have a minimum of a first degree in the Social Sciences and professional membership of CIPMN.
- In addition, the candidate must have acquired a minimum of 5 years experience in a related environment, and be willing to multi-task in a very dynamic professional environment,
