Position: Plant Engineer
General Purpose
General maintenance of plant/machinery, and installation of equipment at optimum cost to enhance achievement of company’s objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the factory maintenance activities
- Carry out regular planned preventative as well as repairs and corrective maintenance on all machines and equipment at optimal cost.
- Installation/commissioning of new machines
- Monitoring/controlling material requisition (MRN) notes
Qualification, Age and Experience
- Applicants must possess B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5 years cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG company
- Proven track record in project management and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Age limit for this position is 33 years
Skills and Key Competencies
- Must be a good planner with strong organizational, team-leadership and analytical / problem solving skills
- Proficient in use of relevant IT software
Position: Distribution Manager
General Purpose
Ensuring proper distribution and storage of products and materials in order to achieve company’s objective and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- plan and coordinate arrangement of materials and products at distribution centers
- put structures in place to monitor and control the flow of goods from the distribution centers
- evaluate inventory and freight costs to ensure cost-effective operation
- work with both production and customer service executives to ensure seamless operation
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Transport or Business Management with minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in manufacturing environment or FMCG company
- Demonstrable project management experience (ability to see projects through execution)
- Age limit of this position is 33 years
Key Competencies
- Excellent team/leadership, negotiation and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Proficient in relevant IT software
Position: Customer Service Executives
General Purpose
To recruit, develop and manage key distributors and their sub dealers in line with overall company’s objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Market development
- Implementation of marketing plans and strategies
- Intelligence gathering
Qualification, Age and Experience
- Must have a good first degree, preferably in business related discipline
- Must possess minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing company or FMCG environment
- Age limit of this position is 30 years
Key Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in relevant IT software.
