Moody International Nigeria Limited (MINL) provides National hire staffing services to Bechtel LNG Contractors Limited (BLCL), to realize the Brass LNG Project in Bayelsal State, Nigeria.
BLCL’s scope of services consists of protect management of the EPC contractors that will be retained by Brass LNG to engineer and construct this project. The Project duration is five years. This is a complex and challenging project with a remote jobsite location, and communication structure challenges.

In accordance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Act of 2010 requirements, BLCL is actively recruiting Nigerian professionals with international design/build mega-projects and expertise in the Nigerian oil & gas industry. The selected candidates will join BLCL in its goal to create sustainable value to the Nigerian economy by systematic development of capability and, capacity to Nigerian staff during the execution of Project Management services for Brass Project.
Compensation and grade level will be commensurate with the professional training and experience of the successful candidate. Positions that are based initially in Lagos may transfer to the Brass Island project camp site or to other project designated execution offices once the project breaks ground.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (B.sc) from a recognized Nigeria or internationally accredited university or college is required.
- 15+ years of multi-discipline experience in project controls, construction and engineering along with 2+ years of supervision experience providing and managing project controls personnel and services for large EPC project. Added advantage for advanced working knowledge of Bechtel Project controls Polices, processes and work practices. Technical knowledge of operating tools P3/P6, SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A) or related field from a recognized Nigerian or internationally accredited university or college, 15+ years of finance and business administration experience to include 8+ years of finance experience on medium-large international projects. Added advantage for 5+ years experience working with Bechtel processes and policies for undertaking responsibility of the project offices’ conformance to Bechtel’s procedures, and principles for the functional areas of accountability. Responsible for the development of accounting and other business controls for Bechtel Projects.
General Qualifications
It is mandatory that interested candidates pass a medical examination, which may include a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Candidates must possess the right to work in Nigeria.
Please note that positions listed below are leadership positions with 10 – 15 years minimum experience required in the engineering and Constructions Industry and added advantage will be given to those who possess 5+ years experience with Bechtel policies and processes.
