Our Client a Communication Firm with interest in the Television and Radio is looking to fill various vacancies in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenoga, Enugu, Maiduguri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos.
News
Position: Coordinator, News/Current Affairs DS/CNC 201129
Core Duties:
- Coordinate news team and ensure all the unit work together in order to achieve the goal of the department
- General supervision of news department
- Ensuring that stations’ general news philosophy and stations mission statement are effectively compiled with the news service of the station
Entry Requirement
- University degree/ HND
- 2nd degree could be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7years cognate experience in broadcasting
- Knowledge of NBC code
- 30-40 years old
Position: Head, News/Current Affairs – DS/HNC – 201130
Core Duties:
- Ensuring proper networking with other news services of the different stations nationwide
- Ensuring that stations’ general news philosophy and stations mission statement are effectively compiled with the news service of the station.
Entry Requirement
- University degree /HND
- 2nd degree could be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in News and Current Affairs
- Must be versatile in broadcast journalism
- 25-30 years
