Our Client a Communication Firm with interest in the Television and Radio is looking to fill various vacancies in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenoga, Enugu, Maiduguri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos.
Support Services
Position: Admin/Finance Supervisors – DS/AFS 201138
Core Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate al! financial and administrative functions and provide technical and managerial support.
- Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organisational requirements Establish and implement administration and logistics procedures in line with organisational requirement
Entry Requirement
- University degree/ HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Minimum of 6 years in finance, admin and book keeping
Position: Admin Officers -DS/AO 201139
Core Duties:
- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services
- Office management, maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
- Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.
Entry Requirement
- University degree/HND
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in general office, clerical or administrative supports
