Our Client a Communication Firm with interest in the Television and Radio is looking to fill various vacancies in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenoga, Enugu, Maiduguri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos.
Support Services
Position: Customer Service Officers – DS/CSO
Core Duties:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Entry Requirement
- University Degree/ HND
- Post N YSC experience
Position: Secretaries
Core Duties:
- Prepare and manage mails, correspondences, report and documents,
- Schedule and manage meetings
- Prepare, update and follow up on itinerary, arrange and confirm appointments, maintain schedules and calendar
- Attend management meetings, type and distribute minutes of meeting
- Setup and maintain filling system
Entry Requirement
University degree/ HND
Minimum of five years’ experience.
