A reputable NGO based in Port Harcourt is seeking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:
Position: Administrator (Port Harcourt)
Requirements
- Applicants must possess degree in business administration or social sciences with a specialization psychology or human resources management.
- 3 years’ work experience within the Nongovernmental sector inclusive of staff management will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be a team builder and proficient operator.
Supervisory skills, team building, accounting and bookkeeping skills, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and written communications, computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level are all required for this role,
Position: Receptionist /Customer Service Officer (Port Harcourt)
Requirements
A diploma certificate or university degree in Business Administration is required for this position. Also, applicants must have at least 2 years’ work experience in a customer service environments well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use different types of computer software programs, experience in opening and sorting mails collecting and distributing parcels, transmitting and delivering facsimiles, and performing internet search tasks are desirable for the role.
