Vacancies: Chief Security Officer, Senior Security Officer, Patrol Supervisors
The Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State is one of the nine newly established Federal Universities in Nigeria. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below in the University for non teaching Staff.
Security Unit
Position: Chief Security Officer (CONTISS 14)
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a good honours degree from a recognized University and should be at least a retired captain or its equivalent in the Armed Forces and must have at least twelve (12) years working experience.
Position: Senior Security Officer (CONTISS 8)
Qualifications
Candidates should possess good honours degree in sociology, criminology, political science or related disciplines plus 3 years of experience in a University or Institutional setting.
Position: Security II (CONTISS 7)
Qualification
Candidates should possess good honours degree in sociology, criminology, political science or related discipline with NYSC cognate experience.
Position: Patrol Supervisors (CONTISS 7)
Qualification
Candidates should possess WASC or its equivalent plus relevant experience.

- All Candidates must possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate or Certificate of Exclusion where applicable;
- Salaries and Allowances attached to the various vacancies are the same with the approved Salary Scheme for Federal Universities in Nigeria:
