Vacancies: Deputy Bursar, Chief Accountant, Principal Accountant, Accountant I, Accountant II
The Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State is one of the nine newly established Federal Universities in Nigeria. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below in the University for non teaching Staff.
Bursary Unit
Position: Deputy Bursar (Contiss 14)
Qualification
Candidates should possess a good B.sc Degree/HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus fifteen (15) years cognate experience.
Membership of a recognized professional body is required or A good M.sc, Degree in Accountancy plus twelve (12) years cognate experience and membership of a recognized professional body
Position: Chief Accountant (Contiss 13)
Qualification
Candidates should possess a B.sc degree/HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus twelve (12) years cognate experience
Membership of a recognized professional body is required
Position: Principal Accountant (Contiss 11)
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.sc degree/HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus nine (9) years cognate experience
Membership of a recognized professional body is required.
Position: Senior Accountant (Contiss 9)
Qualification
Candidates should possess a good honours degree or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus six (6) years-post qualification experience
Membership of a recognized professional body is required.
Position: Accountant I (Contiss 8)
Qualification
Candidates should possess at least a B.sc or HND in Accounting from a recognized institution, plus three (3) years post-qualification experience plus membership of a recognized professional body
Position: Accountant II (Contiss 7)
Qualification
Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Accountancy from a recognized University, plus NYSC experience.

- All Candidates must possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate or Certificate of Exclusion where applicable;
- Salaries and Allowances attached to the various vacancies are the same with the approved Salary Scheme for Federal Universities in Nigeria:
- Candidates who are awaiting results may not be considered and need not apply; Computer literacy is required for all officer cadre and above.
