Qualifications
The desired skills set, training and experience of a suitable person for the position include the following:-
- Candidates must possess B.Sc or HND in Insurance, Actuarial Science or related discipline
- Professional insurance qualification- ACIIN
- An MBA or Master in Marketing will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the insurance industry with the larger part in insurance brokerage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Relationship Management training and or specific experience
- People Management training and or job related experience
