Position:     Finance Manager: Accounts/Finance analyst

Location: (Lagos)

Job Description

  • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing accounting policies and procedures
  • Monitors and confirms financial conditions by conducting audits and working with external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation and enforcing adherence to requirement. Filing financial reports and advising management accordingly.
  • Prepare financial budgets and analysis, and making recommendations to management
  • Coordination of activities of the department for efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Skills/Attributes, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Keen eyes for details, hardworking and result oriented.
  • Analytical, high numerical ability, integrity
  • Must be familiar with tax laws
  • Applicants should have B.Sc Accounting, and must be a chartered accountant
  • Minimum of six years cognate experience in service industry.

 

Position:     System Engineer

Location:   Lagos

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively take and respond to Customer Service Request Calls
  • Carry out Service and Repair actions on customer equipment based on best practices
  • Open and Maintain Customer Service Logs and Prepare activity reports
  • Acquire and maintain skill levels that provide the company with a competitive edge in the market place in her chosen line of business and increase opportunities for business
  • Provide Technical Know-how on various ICT Disciplines to include
  • Datacenter infrastructure design and deployment Midrange to high end served deployment and support for various platforms
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Deployment and support of QEM middleware
  • Design and Deployment of Networking and Security Solutions
  • Periodically Undertake Certification Examinations in order to meet defined responsibilities
  • Plan Scheduled Maintenance actions for Customer infrastructure
  • Manage and document Customer ICT infrastructure detail, and configuration

 

Person Profile:

  • Strong Co-ordination teaming and Communication Skiffs
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to work with minimal or without supervision
  • Keen for new experience and willingness to take up challenges
  • Willingness to work beyond the regular working hours and at odd hours

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have OND/HND/B.Sc Computer Science, Computer Technology or
  • Candidate must have OND/HND/B.Sc in Electrical /Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in ICT support services
  • Demonstrated technical insight in ICT infrastructure technologies
  • Relevant OEM Certifications
