Directorate of Physical Planning

Position: Principal Architect

 

Salary Scale – CONTISS 11 (N978,305.00 – N1,375,535.00)

Qualifications

The candidate must possess:

• A good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, not below Second Class Lower Division, that is, B.Arc. or M.Sc Architecture;
• Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARGON) and the ability to perform within the University system;
• At least nine (9) years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable organization.

 

Position: Principal Engineer (Structural)

 

Salary Scale: CONTISS 11 (978,305.01- N1,375,535.0)

Qualifications

The candidate must possess:

• A good Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Engineering, not below Second Class Lower Division;
• Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Council for Registered Engineers of Nigeria (NSE and COREN);
• At least 9 years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable  organization.

 

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary Scale: Contiss 9 (N777, 984.00 – N1,131,610.00)

 

Qualifications

The candidates must possess

• A good Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying  not below  second class Lower Division, or M.sc Quantity Surveying
• Evidence of registration with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and the Council for Quantity Surveyor Registration Council of Nigeria;
• At least 6 years post qualification experience in reputable  organization
