A Property Development and Facility Management Company based in Lagos have employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island:
Position: Facility Managers:
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a BSC / HND in Civil Engineering / Building Technology Minimum o15 years experience in Facility Maintenance or a related field is required. Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will co-ordinate and provide technical direction for the development design and system integration of projects.
Position: Carpenters
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Trade Technical School They must skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and install furniture Painters Candidates must possess the ability to successfully POP screed and paint
- A minimum of 3 years experience in this field is required.
Position: Electrical Technicians:
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5years experience in this field.
- Al so candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliances.
