Vacancies: Chinese Translator, Business Development Manager
Our client, a newly established medium scale company located in Ekiti State with state-of the art, fully automated equipment manufacturing high quality toilet tissue soap and toilet tissue rolls for the Nigerian and West African export market, requires for immediate employment, suitably qualified candidates (local or expatriate) with relevant experience in the production of quality toilet tissue rolls and quality toilet soap to fill the following vacancies:
Position: Chinese Translator
Requirement
The candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in the Chinese standard language as his/her duties include managing language and communications translation issues and activities as necessary to enable effective relations and smooth flow of operations both on the shop floor and with foreign partners.
Position: Business Development Manager
Requirement
Candidates should have at least eight (8) years in a similar management position, the ideal candidate is expected to develop techniques to grow the company.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in researching new business opportunities (including investigating economic conditions, industry trends and competition), conducting extensive market research, preparing and executing a detailed business plan, identifying likely sales points, developing strategic plans and sales strategies and negotiating with prospective customers.
Position: Marketing Manager
Requirements
Applicants should have at least eight (8) years in similar management position, the ideal candidate must be able to plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR, plan and implement sales and customer retention and development, plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets, manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments, and most especially build a viable export market.
Position: Production Supervisors (Toilet Roll)
Requirements
Reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate with at least five (5) years in related fields will assist in overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, ensuring that production is cost effective and of high quality, monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed, ensuring that production quotas are met, selecting and maintaining equipment, supervising and motivating a team of workers as well as developing HSE standards to ensure safe plant and machinery, safe movement, storage and use of articles and substances,
The candidate will be involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision stage).
