Position: Project Engineers [WFM003]
The Rote:
The Project Engineers, focusing on specific areas of the Project, work with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, at the price budgeted and at the quality standard agreed upon with the project owner. He/She is responsible to the Project Manager and is accountable for Team Actions and Project Execution.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Structural Engineering is required.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a well structured organization
Position: Quantity/Land Surveyors [WFM004]
The Role:
The Q/LS is responsible for establishing the cost of materials needed for a project and to come out with a well-planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling. He/she will also be responsible for preparing contracts for projects by stating clearly the terms and conditions under which the project will be executed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of A years prior experience in Civil infrastructure and large construction projects with a budget of N20b Cost planning budget experience on projects with no supervision
- Good analytical skill and ability to read diagrams
