Position: Plumber
Job Objective
- The successful candidate will assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of plumbing work
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to pay attention to details
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- City and Guilds qualification .
- WASC/GCE
- 3 years cognate experience
Position: Gardener/Groundkeeper
Job Objective
- The successful candidate will be responsible for general up keep of the grounds of the company. He will grow and take care of lawns and gardens
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Gardening skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to pay attention to details
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- City and Guilds qualification
- WASC/GCE
- 3 years cognate experience
Position: Receptionist
Job Objective
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
