Has been providing  professional development services in various over 10,000, has been providing professional development services in various capacities for over 40 years. To further strengthen its capacity to fulfill its charter, the Institute currently seeks talented professionals in the following roles.

 

 

Position: Assistant Manager, Consultancy/Research

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Principal Manager, CRD your main responsibility will be to generate and interpret HR Consultancy Projects, gather, analyze and prepare position papers for the Institute. You will source for and manage projects for the Institute.

 

Requirement

  • Applicants should have  a first degree in Arts, Social Science or relevant  field; possession of an MBA will be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years in a reputable  multicultural consultancy and research organization with responsibility for consultancy and research activities
  • Excellent skills in project management, interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal) and IT literacy are critical to success in the role
  • Membership of a professional Institute will be an added advantage

 

 

Position: Manager, ICT

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs your main responsibility will be to oversee the administration and maintenance of the Institute’s ICT infrastructure, you must be able to develop ICT governance framework for the Institute and have experience in managing web portals and payment engine.

 

Requirement

  • Applicants should have a first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years in a reputable multicultural organization with full responsibility for ICT activities
  • Excellent  skills in project management , interpersonal relations, communication (both written and verbal), able to interface with internal and external stakeholders and you must possess excellent organizational skills
  • Membership of a  professional institute will be an added advantage

 

Position: Graduate Trainee Scheme

The scheme was established by the Institute with the intention of developing  young graduates to take  up managerial positions in the future.

 

Qualification

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least second class (Hons) in Social/Management Sciences and other related disciplines
  • Must have credits in at least  five  subjects, including  English and  Mathematics  in SSCE/GCE at on sitting or  2 sittings
  • Not more  than 28th years old  by 1st January 2012.  Have concluded the NYSC programme
  • Must be analytical with superb numerical, excellent communications  and  interpersonal skills.
