Position: Management- Chief Security Officer (NXT/PRJRE-CSO)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization’s entire security efforts across the enterprise. Including, human resources, communications, facilities management and other groups, to identify security initiatives and standards.
Skills and Competencies:
- A good first/university degree from a reputable university
- Other professional qualification in relevant field
- At least ten (10) years work experience in the industry
- Should demonstrate conflict resolution skills
- Ability to coordinate corporate guards and security agencies
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with security agencies such as police and immigration
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
