Position: Business Development Manager

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 3 years experience in the Telecom/ IT industry as a service provider.
  • Deep understanding of mobile internet, telecoms VAS and service provider sales work flow.
  • With practical telecom or internet service solution design experience, familiar with service life circle management, can develop logical service evolution roadmap, especially can be accomplished in one or more specific services.
  • Proven track records in consultative selling and Business Development (deal shaping, qualification, business case creation, due diligence, negotiations
  • Leadership, motivation to drive and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to obtain the willingness support of other who may not be subordinate.
  • Proficiency in English in verbal and written

Job Description:

  • Manage business development opportunities for Mobile Internet business and telecom VAS globally to expand the Huawei business footprint and volume.
  • Act as a sales engagement adviser to local / regional team to business solutions
  • Own the overall responsibility of market trends analysis to identify potential threats, areas of opportunity, competitor’s strategy to decide the next logical move(s) in business expansion.
  • Acknowledge local ICT service market; provide professional business solution according to survey and analysis result in local market,
  • Meet with C-level executives to discuss on strategic level to influence their business requirement / strategy/ RFP and decision making to increase Huawei’s winning ratio.
  • Lead the virtual team to formulate safes argumentation, customer key issues analysis. SWOT and report the situation to management for decision making.
  • Assist the Head of Sales Support to sharpen the Mobile Internet and telecom VAS Hosteld solution offerings and the sales management process

Other Requirements:

  • Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority,
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable
  • Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently
  • Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, (word, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology
  • Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written
  • Must be ready for international project to the other African countries.
