Position: Company Secretary/Legal Adviser (Ref: CS/LA/2012/001)
Qualification:
Applicants should have LLB, BL, (LLM is an Added Advantage)
Must be a certified member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators
Experience
Post Qualification Experience of 7-10 years out of which four years must be in a financial institution
Job Description:
- Ensuring all statutory compliances under the companies act;
- Conducting board and shareholders’ meeting; preparing agenda, notices and minutes of board and shareholders meeting.
- Sound knowledge about the transfer of title documents in all key areas like Lagos, Ogun, Port-Harcourt, Abuja;
- Expert in drafting and vetting of agreement, memorandum of understandings, memorandum and articles of association.
- Good understanding of the company act guiding incorporation of companies
