Position:     Head, Learning and Performance (WFMC/01)

The Role:

The purpose of the role is essentially to create value, maximizing the potential of WFMC and improving business performance for clients through professional execution of various types of projects that cut across Learning and Performance Offerings, and also ensuring that WFMC is a best place to work.

 

Key Functions:

  • Assist the lead Consultant/CEO in crafting unique strategies for the organization and taking responsibility to executing the strategy.
  • Lead all L and P prefect of the organization and ensure quality and World class delivery of projects at all times.
  • Responsible for Initiating and developing new business lines and products for the company.

Required Skill and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HR plus membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM and other relevant professional bodies.
  • Excellent Communication skills; Strong Facilitation, Leadership and Mentoring skill.

 

Position:     Business Development Consultant (WFMC/02)

The Role:

The role will be responsible for generating business opportunities for the organization and ensuring a well managed clients’ relationship.

 

Key Functions:

  • Assist the Lead Consultant in crafting unique Sales and Marketing as well as client Relationship Management strategy for the organization and take responsibility for driving the execution of the strategy.
  • Coordinate the Sales and Marketing as well as Relationship Management activities of the organization.
  • Responsible for assisting the strategic business units of the firm in executing all reputation building activities of the organization and also developing new opportunities for the company.
  • Responsible for making presentations and pitching for new businesses/opportunities on behalf of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience selling HR services to high net worth organizations.
  • Experience of cross-selling and up-selling. Good Networking and Negotiation skills.
  • Ownership mentality – accept responsibility and accountability for using own initiative
  • Communication Skill – communicates well both verbally and in writing, with excellent presentation skills
