Vacancies: Executive Director, Principal, Head Teacher
As part of effort to expand operations and repositioning to meet future challenges, a Reputable Organization in Lagos requires qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies;
Position: Executive Director
- The successful candidate shall oversee the day to day running of the organization in line with the long term strategic vision of the Board of Directors. He shall be guided by strong commitment to ensuring corporate governance principles, and account ability. He will be required to provide strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the organization towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the organization vision and values as well as the implementation of such business and investment strategies that will impact positively on the organization’s bottom line.
Qualifications:
- A first degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration or any relevant discipline.
- A post-graduate degree(s) in any Business/Finance related field.
- Minimum of 15 years post graduation experience of which 7 years must have been in Executive Director/Director position.
- Good understanding of administration and financial management.
- Strong professional profile with excellent business development skills
- Good leadership skills, business management, interpersonal skills with excellent track record of measurable results
Position: Principal (Expatriate)
Minimum Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must be energetic highly motivated, exceptional and ready to support the school into new and exciting future in line with the strategic vision of the Board of Director.
- Candidate must have B.Sc/B.A/B.Ed/M.Ed.
- Minimum of 8 years cognate working experience out of which 3 must be as Principal in a reputable school
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian and British or American curriculum
- Excellent managerial, supervisory and leadership qualities
- Passion for working with children
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills – A team builder
- International working experience is also an advantage
Position: Head Teacher
- The ideal candidate must be creative with a thorough understanding of best educational practices, passion and commitment to move the school forward.
- Minimum of 3 years as Head teacher in a reputable Nursery and Primary School.
- Good knowledge of British National Curriculum from foundation years.
- Should have love for children
- Should be of even temperament
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A post graduate Diploma in Education/Diploma in Montessori Education and Master’s degree are added advantage
