Position: Head, Engineering Department
Key Responsibilities
Will have overall responsibility for supervising the engineering department covering project management, equipment testing, equipment maintenance and the research units. Through these units: He is to ensure that security systems design & installation for customers are properly handled; equipment purchased are tested and confirmed okay before customers lake delivery: solutions for faulty products are executed to customers’ satisfaction, etc;
Qualifications
- Applicant should have First degree/HND in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years practical work experience in engineering/project management. Out of which 5 years must be in a managerial position,
- Project management certification will be added advantage.
- industry knowledge will be a definite plus.
Position: Group Head, Strategic Planning/Management
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with all divisional and departmental heads as well as senior management: drive aggressive implementation, monitoring, evaluation and continuous review of the company’s documented strategic plans to ensure that all goals and benchmarks are met.
Qualifications
- Applicant should have First degree/HND in a business related field.
- Possession of an MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration or strategy/planning function.
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial position.
