Our client, an Engineering Firm, based in Ibadan Oyo State Needs the services of a suitably qualified Secretary.
Position: Qualified Secretary
Qualifications:
- A university degree in any discipline or at least an ND in Secretarial/ Business Administration
- Able to take dictations and type proficiently (important)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
- At least two (2) years working experience in a similar position
