Secretarial/ Business Administration at an Engineering Firm

Our client, an Engineering Firm, based in Ibadan Oyo State Needs the services of a suitably qualified Secretary.

 

Position:     Qualified Secretary

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in any discipline or at least an ND in Secretarial/ Business Administration
  • Able to take dictations and type proficiently (important)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
  • At least two (2) years working experience in a similar position
