Position: Finance / Loan Consultant
Requirements:
- He/she must understand the packaging of EDL Estate development loan either through the Federal Mortgage Bank, Commercial Bank and Primary Mortgage Institutions.
- He/she must be able to draw both foreign and local real estate investors/partners to the company.
- He/she must have a proven track record on a similar job.
Position: Marketing Consultants
Requirements:
- He/she must understand the day to day activities of real estate market.
- He/she must have a flair for marketing and sales of real estate products.
- He/she must have a proven track record on a similar job.
Position: Experienced Land Surveyor
