Vacancies: Group Head. Finance, Finance and Admin Manager, HR Officer

An Indigenous Up Stream Marine Vessel Company based in Port Harcourt, is currently seeking experienced and talented individuals to fill various roles on board her crew supply boat. AHTS and platform supply vessel starting April. 2012.

 

Position: Group Head. Finance:

Requirements

  1. Vast experience in the following is a must: Financial Accounting, analysis and Modeling Treasury and Corporate Financing Cash flow, budget monitoring and tax management Investment and Portfolio Management
  2. Minimum of First Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance. MA and professional accounting/finance certifications such as ICAN or equivalent is highly required
  3. 10 years post qualification experience primarily in oil and gas sector with at least 5 years at senior management level in engineering or marine industry

Position: Finance & Admin Manager:

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7 or more years experiences managing core accounting function
  • Prior auditing and payroll management experience helpful. Familiarity with marine, oil & gas and related international regulations a plus.

Position: HR Officer:

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ Human Resources experience, OR
  • A master’s degree in HR Management and four (4) years’ experience in the HR field
  • CIPD or (S) PHR certification preferred.
