Vacancies: Senior Brand Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Administration Manager

Our Client, a Leader in the Quick Service Restaurant Sector of the economy with Head Office in Lagos and a wide network of Outlets in and around the country, requires talented, resourceful and exceptional team-players to take up the following positions in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Ado Ekiti, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Akure, Ondo, Port-Harcourt, Ijebu Ode and Ede Outlets.

 

Position:     Senior Brand Manager (SBM/01/01/12)

Location: Lagos Only

Key Accountabilities:

To develop and execute marketing strategies, innovations and Brand plans to ensure achievement of Corporate and Brand objectives.

 

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 5 years post graduation experience in Marketing/ Sales management.

 

Qualification:

  • Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Management or related discipline. MBA, Msc or other relevant post graduate degrees will be an added advantage

 

Computer proficiency is essential

 

 

Position:     Quantity Surveyor: (QAS/01/02/12)

Location: Lagos Only

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management.

 

Qualification:

  • Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and control cost of construction in the company through valuation, cost planning and cost benefit analysis.
  • BOQ processing
  • Liaison with relevant government agencies.
  • Knowledge and experience in estate management will be added advantage as successful candidate is expected to source, value and verify sites for Outlet’s locations as well as maintaining existing properties.

 

Computer proficiency is essential

 

 

Position:     Administration Manager (ADM/01/03/12)

Location: Lagos Only

Qualification:

  • Candidates must have B.Sc BA in Bus. Admin, Social sciences or related discipline. CIPM membership is an advantage

 

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing HR and Admin functions of an established enterprise.
  • Must be ready to work extra hours, under pressure and with minimum supervision
