General Manager at an Asset/Equipment Leasing Company

Our client is an Asset/Equipment Leasing Company requires experienced and resourceful individual for the position below.

 

Position: General Manager (Leasing).

 

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • A good Degree/HND from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
  • Possession of 2nd degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Not be more than 45 years of age,
  • Minimum of eight years experience in Asset/Equipment Leasing Industry, three of which must be at senior level
  • Good knowledge of the Industry.

 

 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing, processing and approving lease applications.
  • Sourcing for and managing clients (existing and new).
  • General profitable management of the company’s operation,

 

 

Skills Required For the Position

  • Good analytical and numerate skills.
  • Excellent communication, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on target.
  • Ability to create a performance driving culture.
  • Ability to take creative initiative.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer.
