Our client is an Asset/Equipment Leasing Company requires experienced and resourceful individual for the position below.
Position: General Manager (Leasing).
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A good Degree/HND from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
- Possession of 2nd degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Not be more than 45 years of age,
- Minimum of eight years experience in Asset/Equipment Leasing Industry, three of which must be at senior level
- Good knowledge of the Industry.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing, processing and approving lease applications.
- Sourcing for and managing clients (existing and new).
- General profitable management of the company’s operation,

- Excellent communication, good interpersonal and strong leadership skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on target.
- Ability to create a performance driving culture.
- Ability to take creative initiative.
