Vacancies: General Manager, Estate Surveyor, Facility Supervisor
We are a Reputable Company in the Real Estate Sector of the Economy and due to expansion require to fill the following positions:
Position: General Manager
Requirement:
- Must possess a Degree in Business Administration or Estate Management from a Reputable University with a minimum of 8 years experience in a management position.
- An MBA will be an advantage. This position is for a self starter with excellent Marketing skills who will be required to drive the Business.
Position: Estate Surveyor
Requirement:
- Must have a Minimum of First Degree with at least 2 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. A self starter with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Position: Facility Supervisor
Requirement:
- Must possess a Minimum HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with of 2-3 Years Experience as a Facilities/ Estate Supervisor.
- Must be skilled in periodic Testing/Inspection water Treatment Systems, Generator Plants, Fire Protection Systems etc.
