Vacancies: Environmental Laboratory Technologists, Chemists
Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Established under the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA Act 2007) requires suitable qualified professionals to fill the positions below in the under-listed Departments:
Post: Environmental Laboratory Technologists
(Marine Environmental Department)
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent in Environmental sciences & Technology from a recognised institution and registered with Institute of Medical Laboratory of Nigeria.
- Candidates must have at least ten (10) years post qualification/NYSC cognate working experience. Masters degree in Marine Science, Environmental Science or Toxicology will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be computer literate.
Post: Chemists
(Marine Environmental Department)
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry, Industrial chemistry or Biochemistry from a recognised University with at least 5 years post qualification/NYSC cognate working experience in a laboratory industry. Masters degree in Analytical chemistry and membership of I PAN or ICCON will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be computer literate.
