University Library
Position: Deputy Librarian
Salary Scale: Conuass 6, i.e., N2,053,124.00 – N2,684,096.00 p.a.
Qualification
- Candidates must possess a good first degree in any of the academic disciplines available in Ekiti State University and a postgraduate professional qualification in Library and information Science.
- Candidates must have working experience of at least twelve (12) years in a University Library covering all aspects of Library practice.
- In addition, candidates will be expected to provide substantial evidence of academic leadership, scholarly publications in learned journals, ability to initiate, develop and sustain research projects, A good knowledge of modern methods of information Storage and retrieval is required.
Position: Senior Librarian
Salary Scale: CONUASS 4, i.e., N1,122,751.00 N1,444, 535.00 p.a.
Qualification
- Candidates must possess a good first degree and a professional qualification in Library/Information Science.
- Candidates must have working experience of at least five (5) years in a University Library or Library of equivalent standing.
- Candidates whose first degrees are in any of the Biological or Medical Sciences will be preferred.
Position: Librarian 1
Salary Scale: Conuass 3, i.e N897,501.00 – N1,074, 314.00 p.a
Qualification
- Candidates must possess a good first degree and a professional qualification in Library/Information Science.
- Candidates must have working experience of at least two (2) years in a University Library or Library of equivalent standing
