Our company is a Fast Growing I.C.T Firm with head office in Lagos and a branch office in Abuja. Due to expansion and need for a more strategically positioned company, we are in search of vibrant and result oriented talents who will help to deliver our future goals. We have vacancies for the positions below;

 

Position: Human Resources and Admin Manager – HRA 001

 

  • The intended HR & ADMIN manager is expected to Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of our firm to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, personnel policies, performance management, leave administration, staff welfare issues ,general administration, regulatory compliance etc, She/he will Develop, improve, implement and monitor compliance of HR and Admin policies & procedures. Manage and address employee’s disciplinary matters and grievances in a timely manner. Most importantly, ensure documentation of all HR related matters are fully administered and kept confidential. The successful candidate is expected to Monitor yearly work target and work performance review. Also she/ he will monitor admin cost & office facility management.

 

Qualification

  • The successful candidate is expected be a graduate of Social sciences or any other related field with minimum of 5 years working experience out of which 2 must be in similar position. She/he must not be more than 35 years of age. Must have the right attitude and needed leadership skills. The right candidate must be Computer literate and have hands on experience in the use of any HRM Software.

 

 

Position: I CT Solutions Sales Executives (SE 002)

  • We also require the services of sales personnel who are ready to discover new prospects regularly and transform them to Customers/accounts, They are expected to sustain and increase existing products and services portfolio. Ensuring profitability of orders and closing sales on time will be major success criteria. The right candidates must have broad understanding of the Information Technology industry, particularly in respect of areas of selling tailored solutions and services. They must have Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Ability to exhibit Sound commercial acumen and judgment as well as strong communication skills, both written and oral.

 

Qualification

  • Our expected candidates must be self-motivated and good team players with the ability to meet sales targets. Successful candidates must have track records in selling I.C.T Products and solutions, with minimum of 3 years verifiable and successful sales experiences.
