Vacancies: Facility Manager – Utilities , PA/ Secretary to MD
A leading and vibrant Facility Management Company in Lagos with strong commitment to quality and excellent service delivery require the services of energetic, multi-skilled, self-motivated and dedicated professionals to fill the following positions.
Position: Facility Manager – Utilities (Ref: FMU/01/04/12)
Principal Accountabilities:
- Ensure that all aspects of the company business are provided with the necessary
- support with a view of achieving organizational goals and objectives. These will include maintaining a dean, conducive, comfortable and safe working environment that meets the desired corporate image
- Deal with escalated queries from Facilities owners and also develop, align, communicate and implement Facilities strategy that reflects the Company strategy
- Develop and manage procedures and service quality to ensure efficient operation and ensure that HSE standards are fully observed by internal and external stakeholders within the premises in line with Company standard
- Establish embed and manage Facilities as a front office service department to provide effective support to the business and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Track compliance of service centre against business needs & expectations
- Records management and reports generation to ensure data integrity, provide
- awareness on utilization of resources and for necessary planning
- Ensure that individual and team performance targets are identified, measured, feedback given and appropriate developmental or other corrective action taken
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Applicants should have a University degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Not more than 32 years of age.
Position: PA/ Secretary to MD (Ref: PA/03/04/12)
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manages and ensures smooth running of his affairs, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information in an efficient way and effective prioritization of appointment
- Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the MD’s correspondence including calls, emails and post to ensure they are dealt with appropriately
- Collects and researches information and produces reports as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Applicants should have a university degree or equivalent in Social Sciences / Secretarial studies
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
- Not more than 26 years of age
