- Candidates must possess a degree in Accountancy from a recognized University plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Position: Planning Officer II (Works, Physical Planning & Development Department)

Requirement:
- Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications or equivalent qualification registerable with the Town planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC): A degree in Urban and Regional Planning from a recognized Institution, a pass in the final examination of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners, a professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from any recognized institution plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Position: Surveyor II (Works, Physical Planning & Development Department)
Salary Scale: CONTISS 07
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a degree in Land Surveying, Survey Engineering, Geodetic science or geodetic Engineering from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification registerable with the Surveyors’ Registration Council of Nigeria (SURCON) plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Position: Electrical Engineer II (Works, Physical Planning & Development Department)
Salary Scale: CONTISS 07
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering registerable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN)plus NYSC discharge or exemption
