We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the below positions in a Private Security Firm
Position: Operations Manager
Gender: Male
Age: Not more than 45 years
Qualification:
- Military/ background at the level of a Retired Major in the Nigerian Army or its equivalent in the other services including SSS.
Profile:
- Physical and mental agility with alertness
- Ability to exercise considerable discretion
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Play a key role in security personnel selection, development and discipline
- Assign duties to officers in our Area Offices as well as track progress
- Co-ordinate and monitor patrol systems
- Design and enforce work rules and company policies in all clients’ locations
