Position: Confidential Secretary/ PA

Job description

  • Highly experienced and efficient in coordinating an executive’s schedule.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Time flexibility and adaptable approach to work.
  • The ability to work with his/her own initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Applicant should have B.SC/ HND in Administration or Secretarial studies.
  • An Advanced Diploma and Higher Professional Diploma in Business
  • Administration will be an added advantage,
  • Must possess Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which
  • 3 years should be in the senior management level
  • Must be Knowledgeable in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Must be 45 yrs and above.

 

 

Position: Chief Operating  Officer (COO)

Job Description

  • Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies to support overall
  • company policies and objectives.
  • Good pricing skills.
  • Initiating and spying the market for new products and business ideas.
  • Ability to research and implement new business strategies that could help to increase company’s profit.
  • Must be loyal to the Company, must cooperate in the spirit of good faith with the
  • Chairman/CEO’s.
  • Must exercise the diligence of a prudent businessman in the conduct of company’s affairs.
  • Set meetings with potential clients and present a proposal in other to win client’s business.
  • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.

 

Requirement

  • Applicants  should have  B.sc/ HND in Business Administration or in related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
  • At least 15 years of experience, with 5 in an executive level position, such as General manager.

 

Position: Technical Director/ Expatriate

 

Job description

  • Establish operations and maintenance routines (preventive, general, and emergency) to service all equipment, develop and supervise completion of all maintenance schedules.
  • Highly experienced in handling Heavy duty equipment, Machines and Trucks
  • Ability to dismantle and re-assemble machines.
  • Monitor the condition of components and recommend replacement and/ or upgrade as required.
  • Develop and execute a long term technology plan for the workshop center, recommend equipment acquisitions, and participate in negotiation of equipment purchases and technical service contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and current equipment documentation, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.

 

 

Requirements

  • B.sc/HND Mechanical Engineering
  • At least Ten (10) years experience technical and 3 years experience in Managerial level position.
  • Possess computer literacy. Including the ability to work with standard word- processing (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) tools.
  • Possess integrity and follow morally and ethically sound standards.
  • Committed to working nontraditional hours, nights and weekends.
