The company requires a knowledgeable, experienced and competent hand to anchor the actualization of this project.
Position: Factory Managers, Foods /Beverages
Profile:
Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, the candidate for this position must have within his compass of competencies the following:
- A track record of achievement in a reputable organization in the food and beverages sector,
- Demonstrable in debt knowledge of the sector, particularly viable opportunities that exist therein.
- Hands-on competence in product development and appraisal of suitable equipment/ technology.
- Exemplary managerial and human relations skills
- Demonstrable can-do-spirit and strong entrepreneurial ability.
Qualification:
A good university degree in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology or related fields,
Experience:
A solid 10 years cognate experience in the processing and finishing of food/beverage products, with at least 3 years on a senior position.
Age: Maximum 40 years.
