HSE Business Managers at a Critical Rescue International (CRI)

Critical Rescue International (CRI) is Nigeria’s first national advanced medical paramedic company whose main objective is to provide emergency communication services, pre-hospital services, industrial and occupational health services.

 

The Company has become a leading brand in the provision of industrial health services, with a culture of service and innovation and a team of local and international

personnel to deliver service.

 

As part of plans to extend the reach of its industrial health services, CRI is looking to employ competent and experienced professionals to fill the position of HSE Business Manager for various locations. Reporting to the Head, Industrial & Occupational Health, successful candidates will be responsible for driving the industrial health business and products in Port Harcourt, Eket and Warri business environments.

 

Position: HSE Business Managers

  • Maximize contact with key decision makers in the potential clients’ organizations and focus efforts to generate business and obtain leads
  • Manage the sales and Business Development process to align with CRI’s strategy and objectives
  • Ensure prequalification of the organization with existing  and potential customers, to ensure qualification to bid for relevant  projects
  • Generate ideas for a proactive marketing strategy that will allow the company to anticipate market changes and use it competitive advantages
  • Assist in determining the sales strategy, risk identification, profit potential and analysis
  • Ensure communication of customer needs and expectations between
  • CRI and the clients
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities

 

 

Requirements include:

  • A good first degree in a relevant area of study, from a reputable institution
  • Relevant qualification(s) is essential
  • Minimum of 5years experience in prospecting for business and managing accounts
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas/Energy & Marine sectors will be an advantage
  • Experience in working with various Industrial Health products and key players
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills; and
  • Excellent customer awareness and sales skills
