We are seeking for Vibrant, energetic and creative individuals to take up the following positions:
Position: Food and Beverage Managers
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Candidates should have B.Sc in Food Tech, Hotel & Catering Mgt or any other Food Science discipline.
- Have knowledge of institutional food service and/or restaurant mgt. Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus appreciable computer skills.
- At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.
- Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
Position: Sales Managers
Requirements:
The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following:
- Able coordinate sales and assist in achieving target.
- Able to meet regular customers demands and satisfaction
- Able to assist branch managers in meeting targets or turnover.
Position: Technicians (Electricians Plumbers, R & As)
The ideal candidates should possess the following:
- A good technical college, Polytechnic or university educational qualification.
- At least 3 years cognate experience.
- Good technical knowledge of equipment repairs and maintenance.
