Position: Estate Surveyor
Job Description:
- Leading and sales of properties under company management.
- Carry out inspections and prepare schedule of dilapidation.
- Rent and service charge collection and other statutory fees payments.
- Repair and maintenance of properties.
- Legal and tax advisory services on company’s properties.
- Customer service and marketing preparation and for new and existing projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- A graduate of Estate Management with 3-4 years experience in agency, management, sales and marketing and management of company’s property.
- Higher degree will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills with proven experience.
Position: Manager
Requirements:
- Ex service officer with a minimum of B. Sc/HND in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years experience in sizeable residential facility security, crime detection, CCTV management, access control, managing disciplined security team and liaison with security agencies. Age: 40-45years
- Exposure in private Security outfits is an additional advantage.
