Position: Estate Surveyor

Job Description:

  • Leading and sales of properties under company management.
  • Carry out inspections and prepare schedule of dilapidation.
  • Rent and service charge collection and other statutory fees payments.
  • Repair and maintenance of properties.
  • Legal and tax advisory services on company’s properties.
  • Customer service and marketing preparation and for new and existing projects.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • A graduate of Estate Management with 3-4 years experience in agency, management, sales and marketing and management of company’s property.
  • Higher degree will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven experience.

 

Position:  Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Ex service officer with a minimum of B. Sc/HND in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years experience in sizeable residential facility security, crime detection, CCTV management, access control, manag­ing disciplined security team and liaison with security agencies. Age: 40-45years
  • Exposure in private Security outfits is an additional advantage.
