Position: Senior Treasury Accountant (CODE1B)
Reports to the Chief Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide sound investment options to the HMO for un-utilized funds in the short term.
- Liaise with Chief Finance Officer for accounting principles in line with the Manuals adopted by HMO.
- Coordinate the Accounting department and oversee the Payroll Administration.
- Monitor disbursements vis-a-vis incomes and Bank Balances on a daily basis.
- Must be the custodian of the Company’s accounting principles as stated in the Accounting manuals.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to Chief Finance Officer/Senior Management as required.
Requirements:
- First Degree in Accounting or related fields Masters would be an added advantage.
- Professional certification ICAN/ACA etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and vast in Application
- Proficiency in use of Accounting packages e.g. Sage-Peach tree, SAP etc.
- Minimum of 6 years Post-Graduation working experience in relevant field.
- Sound knowledge of money market and investment skills.
Position: Senior Finance Manager (CODE 1C)
Reports to the Chief Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Oversees cash-flow via approved financial instruments/vouchers in line with Company policy.
- Oversees the dispensing of monies for services/purchases/supplies to vendors as advisee from Administrative Department.
- Maintenance of Reports of Disbursements/Revenues within a named financial period.
- Prepares Budgets in line with Company’s needs and approved NHIS policy
- Documentation of all Invoices, Receipts, Vouchers on Company’s payments.
- Assesses Risk of all financial transactions executed by organization/persons
- Auditing of Accounts and preparation of monthly Management Accounts.
Requirements:
- First Degree in finance or related fields. Masters an added advantage.
- Professional certification in NIM/CIBN etc.
- Good interpersonal skills and vast in application
- Proficiency in use of Accounting packages Sage-Preachtree, MS working tools etc
- Minimum of 6 years experience post-graduation in the relevant field.
- Good knowledge of financial procedures, polices, and regulations.
Position: Senior Administrative Officer (CODE 2B)
Reports to the Head of Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and implement requirements, policies and procedures for Administration and human resources functions.
- Create and maintain accurate employee database as well as maintain appropriate systems for measuring stock and managing organization’s inventory.
- Reviews third party purchases/suppliers to the HMO.
- Ensures proper working conditions of the vehicles and office working tools.
- Supervises all Contract staff, Call Centre personnel and services to the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum of first Degree in Administration or any related field.
- Certification or professional membership in Administration. Personnel or related bodies
- 6 years Post-Graduation working experience in the Administrative sector
- Good knowledge of Microsoft working tools and Windows based working environment
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
