Position: Business Development Officer (CODE 8A)
Reports to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Managing Director to develop and drive the organization in line with achieving timely objectives.
- Inter phases with all Heads of Department on strategy and planning for the financial periods.
- Prepares Quarterly Reports for Managing Director/CEO reviews to be presented at Board Meetings/Senior Management meetings.
- Must be proficient in presentation techniques like MS Power point. Excel, Graphic interpretations and Analytical representations
Requirements
- Minimum of First degree in Management Sciences/or Social Sciences
- Minimum of five years post-graduation working experience
- Good knowledge of MS working tools and other applicable Softwares
- Must have good interpersonal skills and great writing/communication skills.
- Must be disposed to a lot of travelling as advised by the MD/CEO or Senior Management team.
Position: Internal Auditor (CODE 8B)
Reports to the Managing Director
Main Responsibilities:
- To audit the HMO
- Interact with Departments to ensure best practice is upheld at all times.
- Review/prepare weekly reports.
- Prepares Returns and monthly Management Accounts
Requirements:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant of not less than five years post-graduation experience
- Must have a good writing/communication skills and very respectful.
- Good Leadership skill and excel in Relationship Management
