Vacancies: Guest Relations Officers, Technician/Electrician
Our Company is a Subsidiary of an International Company based in California USA and a pioneer leisure and recreation resort in West Africa. Due to a restructure of our activities, we are currently in need of experienced and motivated candidates for the following positions:
Position: Guest Relations Officers
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to customers and uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of customers. Experience in daily hotel operational planning and implementation will be an added advantage
The Role:
- Perform multi-task functions and exhibit excellent problem solving skills in relation to dealing with guests.
Position: Technician/Electrician
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working in a facility maintenance unit of an organisation. Work experience in a hospitality industry is desirable.
The Role:
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of the buildings, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning, ventilation, water treatment systems, and other such equipments, furniture and fixtures.
