Position: HR/Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Short listing of resumes for interview and recruitment of new applicants, conducts induction/training exercise and reports, calculating and preparing monthly pay slips for staffs, liaising with service providers/ contractors to ensure contracts are well and timely executed, maintaining and replenishing inventory of office supplies, facility management/Office ambience, prepares official correspondences and memorandums, prepare performance appraisal report, prepare annual training Plan, coordinates CEO’s travel in line with booking of flights and purchase of tickets and maintain a comprehensive filling system
Experience:
- Minimum of 3years’ experience in similar position will be an added advantage.
Person Specification/ Special Requirements
Graduates in Personnel management and other Social sciences with techniques for managing multiple assignments.
Age not more than 30 years, ability to ensure compliance to system and procedures; have a good understanding of the methodologies for constant improvement in speed and quality of delivery of services and be ready to work under flexible hours when necessary.
