Position: Production Manager
Requirements:
- The incumbent will be oversee the Feedmill & Farm Business; daily production activities for Fish feeds and Chicken feed; planning, strategies and implementation at least cost production and also implement the company’s short & long term plans for Poultry Farm, Fish Pond. Piggery and Crop Farm.
- Candidates should have B.Sc or HND in Animal Production & Health or Animal Science/Animal Nutrition.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Animal Production. Feed Formulation/Production. At least 5 years in managerial position
- Must possess a masters degree in Animal Nutrition or related fields. And a professional qualification and Administrative competence is an added advantage.
- Ability to use Extruder Machine, Sinking Feed Machine, Poultry Feed Machine and Pelletizer.
Position: HR /Admin. Officer
Requirements:
- The incumbent will assist the Head of Human Resources in planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development. On the part of office administration, he will be involved in implementing policies, procedures and manuals for the smooth running of the office.
- First degree in humanities or business related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience its human resources management and office administration.
- Must have good understanding of labour laws and industrial relations/arbitration.
Position: Drivers
Requirements:
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, proper care and maintenance of vehicle, use of Company’s vehicle for official assignments while obeying traffic rules as stipulated by Federal Highway Code.
- A minimum of Trade Test or SSCE certificate
- Must possess a current driver’s license & 5 years experience
- Must be willing to drive cars and light truck/pick up van
- Candidates residing around Egbeda, Isheri, Ikotun & Egbe is an added advantage
