Vacancies: Quantity Surveyor, Land Surveyor, Asphalt Plant Supervisor

In order to actualize this, we are dire need of seasoned, experienced and committed employees that can deliver given tasks and assignments within expected time frame under a demanding atmosphere and environment that would occupy the under-listed positions:
Position: Quantity Surveyor (Ref. QS/004)
He/she should be able to carry out project costing and budgetary control functions in line with the dictates of the profession and industry.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess the following;
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc in Quantity Survey
- A minimum of three(3) years post- graduation experience
- Must not be less than 25 years old
- Professional qualification will be added advantage.
Position: Land Surveyor (Ref. LS/005)
He/she should be able to carry survey functions, with minimum supervision, in line with the dictates of the profession and industry.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess all or at least two (2) of the following;
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Land Survey
- Possession of City and Guild or any other relevant certification
- Must not be less than 30 years old
- Ability to use modern survey instruments e.g. Total Station, will be to tremendous advantage.
- At least ten (10) years of cognate practical experience in survey
Position: Asphalt Plant Supervisor (Ref. APS/006)
He should be able to co-ordinate the activities and operations of an Asphalt plant with minimal supervision.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess the following
- A minimum of O N D in any of the engineering discipline or physical sciences
- A proven cognate experienced of a minimum period of three (3) years will be of added advantage
- Must not be less than 35 years old
- Must be a team player with strong leadership ability.
