A Property Development Company based in Lagos has employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island:
Position: Project Engineers: Ref: PE 1
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Building Technology or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, competent in the use of engineering design program and the ability to co-ordinate the activities of the project sites.
Position: Facility Managers: Ref: FM
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering /Building Technology. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facility Maintenance or a related field is required.
- Candidates must be good leaders with proven technical and management skills who will co-ordinate and provide technical direction for the development design and system integration of projects.
Position: Mechanical Engineering: Ref: ME
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
