Position: Chief Finance Officer
Job Description:
- Develop, establish and direct execution of financial policies to support overall company policies and objectives.
- Ability to interface with high level banking negotiations on behalf of the Company.
- Ability to research and implement new business strategies that could help to increase company’s profit.
- Oversee the Capital structure of company and sourcing funds for more growth.
- Oversee the production of Monthly reports including reconciliation with funders and creditors.
- Daily briefing of all financial reports to the Chairman/ CEO.
- Develop and maintain system of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and contract/ grants budgets.
- Oversee the management and coordination of fiscal reporting activities for the company.
- Presenting and reporting accurate and real-time historical financial information of the Company.
- Reports directly to the Chairman/Ceo.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have BSC/ HND in Accountancy or other related discipline.
- Well experienced with banking background or in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
- Must have worked in international Operations department in the bank or in related fields.
- Must be familiar with foreign operations.
- Must have attained a senior management level with over Ten (10) years working experience.
