Position: Design Architects
Requirement:
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
- Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
- Plan layout of project
- Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
- Prepare scale drawings.
- Integrate engineering element into unified design.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Administer construction contracts
Position: Civil / Structural Engineers
Requirement:
- Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
- Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience including design of roads and building
- Soil and Foundation Engineering
- Layout and details portions of projects using schematic layout
- Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
- Review shop drawings.
- Develop probable construction cost estimates for his/her projects within the department.
- May direct and supervise other Designers/Drafters activities.
- Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.
- Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.
- Capable end experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.
Experience ranging from 5 years and above.
